Sesame seitan! I used the same recipe for the seitan as I did with the satay, and marinated it in soy sauce, vegetable broth, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and five spice. For the sauce I used sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, and cornstarch. Stir fried it the seitan in sesame oil with some red cabbage, broccoli, celery and red bell pepper, then doused it in sauce. Not bad, not bad.
