Seitan (Chickenesque by Denver Seitan Company) with Chinese BBQ sauce and green onions, and stir fried cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, eggplant, and cauliflower, on tofu shirataki noodles!
I made more sauce than I needed and I now have a half a jar of it in the fridge, which I am going to put on everything. It’s so delicious. This is the recipe I used, obviously with some substitutions. Instead of fish sauce I used some vegan Worcestershire and miso, instead of honey I used maple syrup, and I used brown sugar instead of regular. Turned out amazing.
