I made cashew cheese last night, and here it is! (Reposting this with more pictures I took tonight!)
It has raw cashews, apple cider vinegar, a tiny bit of liquid smoke, pink volcanic salt, cayenne, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, pepper, turmeric, and possibly something else I’m forgetting. Anyway, it’s good, and it’s pretty. Just soak the cashews for a few hours & drain, blend them up with the other ingredients, and put it in the fridge overnight.
It cuts and spreads so well! Another successful experiment!
